This will likely be the NFL draft that the Las Vegas Raiders use to go and get their franchise-altering quarterback. For the Raiders, they need that desperately, but it will cost them.

At pick 13, the Raiders will likely have to move up in the draft to get any one of the big-named quarterbacks they are looking for. That would be guys like Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, or Jayden Daniels. You can sort those how you would like, but those are the consensus top three guys.

While it will cost the Raiders to move up, it's starting to show they are not opposed to the idea, or else they wouldn't be meeting the guy who's going to go No. 1 overall, no matter who is picking in that spot.

According to Ian Rapoport, the Las Vegas Raiders are set to meet with Williams at the NFL Combine. If you ask me, if the Raiders thought there was no way they could get Williams, they wouldn't even interview him, as it would be a waste of time.

Now, this is also the team doing their due diligence, and sometimes teams draft guys that they didn't meet with. You just never know what's going to happen.
