The Houston Texans are going to have to be a bit aggressive in free agency, as they have some of the most money available to spend. However, they won't be as aggressive as some may think. Sure, they have $70 million in cap space, but they also have ten starting positions they have to fill.

When you have 29 total free agents, it doesn't give you as much money to work with as you may think. You can't get as many big-name free agents as maybe you initially thought. Because now, you have to bring in tons of depth pieces, too. That doesn't mean they won't go after a few of them, but it's less likely we'll see the Texans land a couple of the bigger names in the class.

One name we now know we won't see in a Texans uniform next season is Galveston, Texas native Mike Evans, who is the greatest wide receiver in Tampa Bay Buccaneers history.

According to NFL insider Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2, the Texans are now going to pursue Evans in free agency. They feel their young wide receiver corps of Tank Dell and Nico Collins is good enough; they just need to add pieces through the draft.

Maybe there is still a way where the South Texas native can play for his, pretty much, hometown team. Who knows?
