Even in the modern NFL, no two games on the NFL schedule entail the physical nature of Steelers-Ravens.

The toughest teams in the toughest division of arguably the toughest sport, the brutal nature of the game of football permeates through the screen every time these two franchises match up.

But following the soon-to-be blockbuster acquisition of Pro Bowl RB Derrick Henry by the Baltimore Ravens, the intensity just got turned up a notch:

Derrick Henry to Join Ravens

After a long and illustrious career as the feature back for the Tennessee Titans, the man deemed "King Henry" has found a new home, residing in Baltimore, Maryland for the next two seasons.

Henry accumulated some of the gaudiest stats you will see from a RB at one franchise, with nearly 11,000 yards from scrimmage, 93 total touchdowns, four Pro Bowls, and a first-team All-Pro season during his tenure in Tennessee.

Easily one of the most feared backs of his generation, nobody wants to see Henry's 6'3, 250-pound frame in the open field, as he has made a highlight reel out of embarrassing defenders on a weekly basis.

And don't think that just because the star back recently turned 30 that he's over the hill. He may lack the top-end speed to split the hashes that he had a few years ago, but he's no scrub, coming off another 1000-yard rushing and double-digit TD season in 2023, all of which was behind arguably the worst offensive line in the league.

And with Henry now parked behind one of the league's best lines, as long as the Ravens don't overwork him, he will still be a force to be reckoned with in 2024.

That makes Steelers-Ravens a must-watch contest that adds a new level of physicality thanks to a traditional flare of brutality.
