The NFL, like many successful businesses, is a people's business.

And just because a team may release you does not necessarily mean they don't want you.

For nose tackle Breiden Fehoko, the Pittsburgh Steelers have proved as much:

Steelers re-sign Fehoko

Fehoko was signed last offseason and was a training camp standout. The problem is, he's a very niche player, best suited to be on the field for a limited amount of snaps and primarily against the run.

But that still has its purpose in the NFL, especially during the dog days of training camp.

And hopefully, this go-round Fehoko can stick with the team, seeing as they are likely to make cap cuts that include a few veterans and maybe even recent daft pick DeMarvin Leal.

Time will tell how his shot at redemption shakes out.
