The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for Week 1's game against the Cleveland Browns.
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
RB Chase Brown
T Jackson Carman
G Trey Hill
CB DJ Ivey
ED Joseph Ossai
With 10 offensive lineman on the active roster, the Bengals are granted extra active roster spots and only have to sit five players. The only player who is injured is Ossai (ankle).
Carman and Hill are the o-linemen who won't suit up, meaning D'Ante Smith is locked in as the backup swing tackle, and Max Scharping as the backup swing interior lineman.
Two of the Bengals' eight rookies, Brown and Ivey, will also not play. The Bengals have plenty of healthy bodies at both running back and cornerback, so both rookies will have to wait on their debuts.
