The Tennessee Vols had plenty of memorable moments on the field in 2022.
From beating LSU in Baton Rouge to getting their first win against Alabama since 2006, there was no shortage of incredible moments for the Vols.
There was one viral moment during the Alabama game that was particularly memorable.
During Tennessee's win against the Crimson Tide, Vols offensive lineman Jeremiah Crawford vomited on the field and then shook his head yes when he caught Bama defensive lineman Byron Young staring at him (Young said he jokingly told Crawford he was "nasty" after he threw up on the field).
Last week at SEC Media Days, Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel was asked by On3's Andy Staples about the viral moment and whether or not he saw it live.
"Didn't see it until the next day when (communications director) Bill (Martin) showed it to me," said Heupel. "It's one of the all-time great clips — in particular for an offensive lineman….intimidating and disgusting, but yeah, we'll let it all roll."
Heupel also noted during his interview with Staples that Crawford and Gerald Mincey are expected to play at right tackle for Tennessee in 2023 after splitting time at left tackle in 2022.
Miami Hurricanes transfer John Campbell, a player that former Vols quarterback Hendon Hooker pointed out as a player to watch last week, should be the starter at left tackle for Tennessee this fall.
