The Buffalo Bills may have finally answered a question to one of the most important offseason questions.

While there are plenty of changes that could still take place, it seems like the team may have found an answer to the middle linebacker position, for now.

The team has been changing things up each day of camp. From Kaiir Elam, Christian Benford, and Dane Jackson alternating between CB2. From Ryan Bates and O'Cyrus Torrence battling it out on the offensive line, to now some adjustments to middle linebacker.

We want to preface this by saying this is only camp and things are bound to change. Bills Mafia remembers all too well the days of Nathan Peterman dominating camp and what that turned out to be when gameday arrived.

With that being said, Buffalo saw some impressive flashes from second-year linebacker Baylon Spector. So much so that veteran All-Pro Jordan Poyer was gushing about his abilities during the media availability after practice. Spector is not Peterman, but perspective is important.

Poyer was blunt about the 2nd-year player, "Just a guy who is around the ball all the time." Poyer continued, highlighting a play from camp that stuck out to him. Specifically, a play that Spector probably would like to take another shot at.

"He (Spector) wants an INT back that he dropped today but it was a hell of a play. He ran it really nice and Josh kinda put some air on it he (Spector) kinda went up and it's one of those plays that's 50/50. Probably catch 5 out of 10 of those."

Poyer continued, gushing about the young linebacker and his leadership within the team. A crucial part of the middle linebacker position is being able to command the huddle, an area where Spector reportedly is excelling at

"He's a really good football player and it's really been cool to see him grow as a football player from last year to this year and really take control of that huddle when he's in there. I'm excited to see his growth in this defense and where he goes."

There's plenty of time for the likes of Tyrel Dodson, Dorian Williams, Terrel Bernard or even A.J. Klein to come in and ball out. However, early indication has Spector making a splash and potentially taking over that position.

There's plenty of football left, but an encouraging sign coming out of Rochester
