We all have one or two guilty pleasures in life. To some, it's singing Taylor Swift's Our Song in the shower every morning. To others, it's watching TV shows like Gilmore Girls. Or wasting an entire day of work by going down the most random YouTube rabbit holes. Please, no one ask how I came up with such examples.

In my case, there's no better guilty pleasure in life than clips of fights breaking out in training camp. On Wednesday, the Dallas Cowboys delivered for me. More specifically, starters Tyler Biadasz (center) and DeMarcus Lawrence (edge rusher) did.

It all started on linemen's 1-on-1 drills when second-year DE Sam Williams went up against backup offensive lineman Brock Hoffman.

Williams, who is considered a top breakout candidate entering the 2023 NFL season, demolished Hoffman in the rep with ease. After a little hand-fighting, Williams seemed ready to take things to another level by getting ready to take a swing at Hoffman. Biadasz was not having it as he stepped in and violently sent Williams to the ground.

Naturally, things escalated quickly from there as DeMarcus Lawrence ran to Biadasz to retaliate. At that point, a bunch of players met on the field to push each other and calm the situation.

International player Isaac Alarcón is seen trying to hold Williams, who kept yelling presumably at Biadasz. Defensive coordinator Dan Quinn and defensive line coach Aden Durde also try to calm down the second-year defender. Quinn later called everyone into a huddle to calm players down, per Patrik Walker.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't last for long as Micah Parsons would punch Biadasz later in practice, sending everyone into another skirmish. In the video posted by Nick Harris (from DallasCowboys.com), quarterback Dak Prescott is seen quickly taking Parsons aside and talking to him.

These are grown men physically punishing each other every day in the heat of the Oxnard summer. Tipping points like Wednesday's are inevitable. As long as players don't get hurt and it doesn't become the norm, these little fights are part of being a football team.

Hopefully, the players got it out of their system as the regular season quickly approaches.
