Tennessee Vols quarterback Hendon Hooker has maintained that he's the best player in the 2023 NFL Draft.
So it shouldn't come as a surprise that Hooker has set a lofty goal for himself in the NFL.
The confident quarterback, who started his career at Virginia Tech before transferring to Tennessee, discussed his draft prep in a self-written article for The Athletic this week.
And in that article, Hooker revealed that he doesn't just want to win a Super Bowl in the NFL — he has bigger goals.
Hooker wants to be the face of a dynasty.
"This is the start of a new chapter for me, and I want to build a legacy," wrote Hooker. "I would like to start my career and end my career with the same team. I want to rally a team of men to great things and I am looking to be more than just the face of a franchise. I want to be the face of a dynasty."

That's Hendon Hooker in a nutshell. He's not content with just reaching the NFL. And he doesn't want to just compete for a starting spot.
Hooker wants to dominate. He wants to bring multiple championships to a city. And he not only believes he can accomplish those goals, he knows he can. That's the kind of confidence that Hooker consistently exhibited during his two seasons at Tennessee.
An NFL team is going to get a steal by landing Hooker on day two of the draft. The Greensboro, NC native has that "it factor" that's so hard to find in quarterbacks. Hooker simply refuses to be anything but great.
I wouldn't advise betting against Hooker in the NFL. He's going to make a lot of analysts look silly for doubting him.
