Steelers: Larry Ogunjobi contract details

Pittsburgh re-signed the defender to a three year deal.

The Pittsburgh Steelers made sure to keep their defensive line intact earlier this week, re-signing defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi. 

Per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston, we now have the full terms of his contract

Ogunjobi's base salaries break down as such:

2023: $1.4 million 

2024: $5 million 

2025: $4 million 

From Over The Cap:

"Larry Ogunjobi signed a three-year, $28.75 million contract with the Steelers. The contract has $17 million in guaranteed salary, $12 million of which is fully guaranteed. If on the roster on the 3rd day of the league year in 2025 he will earn a $4.75 million roster bonus. There is a roster bonus due on the 3rd day of the 2026 league year which is worth $3 million."

Ogunjobi's cap number per year:

2023: $4.9 million (2.2% of team's total cap)

2024: $13.2 million (5.2% of team's cap)

2025: $10.5 million (3.7% of team's cap)

Ogunjobi's APY of $9.5 million ranks him 26th amongst interior defensive linemen in average salary per year.
