The Green Bay Packers are expected to roll with Jordan Love as their starting quarterback in 2023.

Aaron Rodgers hasn't been traded to the New York Jets yet, but that deal is still expected to happen this offseason (likely before the 2023 NFL Draft).

If Love starts as expected for the Packers in 2023, one of the teams he'll face is the Kansas City Chiefs, the defending Super Bowl champions.

Love has actually started against the Chiefs before. Back in 2021, when Rodgers was out due to COVID-19, Love started in Green Bay's 13-7 loss to Kansas City.

The former Utah State standout passed for 190 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Chiefs in 2021.

Love's performance was apparently not very memorable for Kansas City head coach Andy Reid.

On Monday at the NFL owner's meetings, Reid was asked about Love. And at first, he had no clue who the reporter was talking about.

Reid was actually asked about Love directly after the Chiefs' win against the Packers in 2021. He told reporters that Love was poised and played well against Steve Spagnuolo's complicated defense.

You can check out Reid's comments on Love starting at the 2:30 mark of the video below.

A lot has happened since 2021 and Reid's coached a lot of games since then. I'm sure he's seen plenty of spot starters at quarterback during the course of his Hall of Fame coaching career. A lot of those spot starters were likely forgettable.

But given the nature of what's been happening this offseason with the Packers/Rodgers/Love situation, you'd think Reid, one of the most notable figures in the NFL, would know who Green Bay's potential starting quarterback will be in 2023.

But hey, I guess he has more important things to worry about. And I don't think anyone can question Reid's thought process on anything — the man has won two Super Bowls in three years, after all.
