While the media may not cover it as much for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as it does other teams, the home fanbase has a way of showing out and showing support to its team at Raymond James Stadium.

The Krewe has been a huge part of the history for the Buccaneers, and their fandom is arguably even more worth celebrating than a team like the Seahawks due to how poorly the franchise has been for so long.

All of this plays into why it is so frustrating for Buccaneers fans to see another team use the term 'Krewe' for any part of their franchise, especially a team that is such a huge rival.

While Saints fans would probably look at the situation and say their use of Krewe for cheerleaders is different from Tampa's use of the term in regards to the fans, any type of similarity in this situation is wrong when these team spend so much time going against one another.

On the other hand, crew by itself is a very common term, and spelling it as krewe instead isn't only tied to the Buccaneers in other instances. In reality, it will be difficult for the Bucs to prevent their rivals from using the word at all, but this legal battle is worth keeping an eye on as the teams find a new way to hate one another.
