Are the Tennessee Vols are on the verge of a historic recruiting summer?
A cryptic tweet sent by 2024 four-star Vols commit Boo Carter certainly seems to suggest that could be the case.
Carter, who committed to Tennessee earlier this month, was in Knoxville this past weekend for another huge Vols recruiting weekend.
On Sunday afternoon, Carter sent a tweet that immediately excited Tennessee fans.
"All I have to say is Go Vols baby," tweeted Carter, along with eyeball and shh emojis.
Carter also retweeted several positive articles about Tennessee recruiting, including articles about five-star wide receiver Mike Matthews and five-star edge rusher Jordan Ross (both players were at Tennessee for the big recruiting weekend).
Tennessee is very much in the mix for several of the nation's top uncommitted recruits. Carter's tweet might be a hint that a few of those players are planning on committing to the Vols.
