The Tennessee Vols are once again hot on the recruiting trial via the transfer portal. They've added another impact talent to their roster in the past couple of days. Wofford transfer Ryan Galanie has committed to Tennessee, according to GoVols247

Galanie was the 2023 SoCon Player of the Year. Galanie chose the Vols over Louisville, Texas, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Georgia and Kentucky. The slugger can play both corner infield spots as well as both corner outfield spots. Galanie recorded 88 hits last season, leading the conference.

He hit .383 with a .491 on-base percentage last season with Wofford. He also hit 17 homers alongside 19 stolen bases. Galanie is a complete athlete that will assuredly grab a starting spot for the Vols next season.

The Vols will need to replace plenty of offensive production next season, and Galanie can be a key piece in achieving that. Major addition for Tennessee.
