A 2024 Tennessee Vols recruiting target has officially set his commitment date. 

Four-star running back Braylen Russell is down to three schools — Tennessee, South Carolina, and Arkansas. 

Russell, 6-foot-1/230 lbs from Benton, AR, is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 4 player in the state of Arkansas and the No. 22 running back in the nation. 

According to 247Sports, Russell will announce his commitment on July 14 at 6:45 PM CT/7:45 PM ET. 

It's anyone's guess as to where Russell lands. All three schools in the mix seem to be on a level playing field, though it's probably safe to say that Arkansas has a slight edge due to proximity. Outside of that, it's hard to gauge which choice Russell will make.
