The Denver Broncos should be a completely different team next season.

It only took the organization a few weeks to clean house and end the Nathanial Hackett experience. From then on, it seemed like the front office was intent on shaking things up at nearly every level of the organization.

By bringing in Sean Payton and allowing him to put his fingerprints on the team, there have been some positive sweeping changes across the board. The newly acquired head coach is getting some big kudos at a national level for his impressive work thus far.

Former Broncos legend Chris Harris Jr. gushed over the organization's decision to bring in Payton and what he can bring to the team. Harris Jr. hilariously has started a podcast titled "Let's Ride" in which he joins Broncos blogger Patrick Chiotti to discuss all things football.

Harris Jr. spent 9 of his 12-year career in Denver amassing 518 tackles, 20 interceptions and 4.5 sacks in 121 games started. The talented defensive back knows what it means to win.

Harris was candid and blunt about the organization and the steps they have taken to see success on the football field. When speaking on Payton and if he is worth the cost, the former Bronco wasted no time.

Oh yes. Coach Payton is definitely a player’s coach, but he’s going to bring a different level of respect. He’s going to expect you to play at a high level every day. He’s going to work you. He still has that old school mentality but he’s learned how to merge the new school and old school together.

Continuing on, after gushing about the team's decision to bring in Vance Joseph, Harris was asked about Russell Wilson and what next season may look like for him. Harris gave a response that we think most fans would be on board with. Specifically, can Russell Wilson bounce back?

It’s going to be a team game. He’s going to need a solid o-line and a consistent running game. That’s what he had in Seattle. I see him having 25 touchdowns, 10 interceptions. Would y’all take that?

Payton has the offensive line, quarterback, and weapons to be successful. The Broncos, one way or another, are going to be must-watch tv next season.
