One of the top teams in the NFL is reportedly showing interest in Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jalin Hyatt ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Hyatt is being projected by many draft analysts as a first-round selection.
The former Vols standout is a coveted prospect after a breakout junior season at Tennessee that saw Hyatt set a UT record for receiving touchdowns in a season (15).
One of the teams that's reportedly showing interest in Hyatt ahead of the draft is the Buffalo Bills.
Hyatt reportedly visited with the Bills on Monday.
The Bills' first two selections in the draft are No. 27 overall and No. 59 overall.
Hyatt obviously won't be in play at No. 59 overall which means the Bills likely view the former Vols standout as a potential option in the first round.
Buffalo could certainly use a wide receiver in the draft. Stefon Diggs is Buffalo's top option, followed by Gabe Davis (a former wide receiver under Josh Heupel at UCF) and Khalik Shakir. They don't have much depth beyond those three wide receivers.
Hyatt's speed would pair well with Bills quarterback Josh Allen's big arm, giving Buffalo a nice vertical threat.
There are a few draft situations for Hyatt that would be ideal. Landing with the Bills is one of those ideal situations.
