The New Orleans Saints got a huge win on Sunday over what seems to be the best team in the NFL the Philadelphia Eagles, If not, they are certainly top three.

Even though they were still eliminated from playoff contention, this win was still fun to watch, any of them is when it's over a good team such as the Eagles. And, to make things just a little sweeter, I don't think anyone predicted the Saints to win that game.

In fact, the Eagles almost started to mount a comeback, that is until the Saints made a game-changing play that completely flipped the momentum.

It's 13-10 and the Eagles have the ball with a chance to take the lead at home. A.J. Brown, the Eagles' best receiver, tries to get Gardner Minshews' attention to change the play because he sees Marshon Lattimore staring at the quarterback the entire time.

Instead, Minshew snaps it, and Lattimore takes off with the pick and into the end zone. In his first game back from injury he has a pick-six and a game-changing play. That interception and score put the Saints up by 10 and created separation and breathing room.

"They had been doing it all game," Lattimore said after the win. "You know, I just picked up on it, and when it came to me, I had to get it. I told my team that I owed them from the first half. I owed them that, so I did it and I got it done."

That is what one of the best cornerbacks in the league, especially press-man corners, and a savvy veteran realizes. He knew that the Eagles had been doing the same thing, and he gambled on the pay but just so happened to come away with the ball.

That's what the Saints missed for most of the year, which is sad to say, but it's the reality of the situation.
