On a Philadelphia Eagles team littered with elite talent across both sides of the ball, cornerback James Bradberry’s magnificent 2022 campaign hasn’t received the attention it deserves.

Bradberry, who is gearing up for Saturday night’s trilogy against his former team in the New York Giants, has been one of the NFL’s best cornerbacks this season.

Bradberry has hauled in three interceptions on the year, along with 17 passes defended. His 51.6 passer rating when targeted ranks second in the NFL.

Lining up across from Darius Slay, Bradberry makes life difficult for opposing quarterbacks searching for some kind of weakness in the Eagles’ stellar secondary.

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones found success in New York’s wild card win over the Minnesota Vikings. However, he struggled to get into a rhythm when these two teams last met in Week 14.

Jones finished the game 18/27 for 169 passing yards and one touchdown. He benefitted from the absence of Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who is tied for the league’s lead in interceptions. That is not a luxury he will be afforded in the upcoming weekend.

Bradberry and company will be tasked with making Jones’ life difficult in a raucous environment on Saturday night. The Eagles’ secondary will be the key in the team’s postseason longevity.
