It's playoff season and the Dallas Cowboys are in it!

For the second consecutive year, Mike McCarthy's team will be playing in the postseason. This time around, they'll be on the road and will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football.

The goal – of course – will be to advance to the Divisional Round for the first time since January 2019.

While doing so, they'll be rocking the good ol' Navy jerseys combined with the team's white pants from the color rush uniform. According to DallasCowboys.com writers Nick Eatman and Patrik Walker, those will be the uniforms worn by the team next Monday.

I don't know about you, but I'd consider that one of the best combos the franchise uses.

On Amazon Prime's All or Nothing series featuring the 2017 Cowboys, VP Charlotte Jones reveals that former wide receiver Dez Bryant came up with the combination.

The navy jerseys have always given way to some crazy conversations about curses and more among Cowboys fans but the reality is that's just some sort of selective memory bias at work.

The conversation has gotten so insane at times that people have done in-depth analyses on the matter.

In 2020, Adrían Cadena on Twitter reached the conclusion that navy jerseys aren't really cursed but gray pants are. Please note we're just having fun here and not really providing game analysis based on the uniforms.

Currently, the Dallas Cowboys are three-point favorites over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who finished the season with a losing record but with the NFC South division title.
