The Philadelphia Eagles have the biggest advantage on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. There is a reason everyone fights for the number one seed. There is a reason Jalen Hurts came back early against the Giants in Week 18.

He wasn't healthy yet, but winning that game was so important, that he felt he had to come back. Having him back helped them win in Week 18 over their divisional rival, which ultimately clinched the number one seed, giving them home-field advantage all the way to the Super Bowl.

It only helps that the Eagles have some of the best fans in the NFL too. I mean, really, Philly has some of the best fans in all of the sports.

"It’s so important to us," Sirianni said. "Our crowd inspires us. Our crowd makes it difficult for the opposing team with how much communication that has to happen in this great game. And they’re hostile, they are hostile. I knew that as being an opposing coach coming here how intimidating it can be. So they’ll make life difficult, there’s no doubt for this team that’s coming in here because of who they are as fans and it’s going to be loud. We’ll feed off that and it’s going to be energetic and it’s going to be, you know, everything that I’ve ever seen on TV as far as the NFC Championship game that happened a couple of years ago here."

We all remember the game. All week, even though the Eagles had home-field advantage, they were looked at as the underdog. They ended up winning because they weren't the underdog.

From the kickoff to the last snap, the fans were crazy. They were bonkers, to say the least. This year they have been pretty much the same as in 2017.

"Obviously we get to live it every week here that we’re home of how important the crowd is to us and how important our fans are to us but it will even be, you know, even though we as coaches and as players take it one game at a time and don’t treat any game differently, I know that’s not always the case with fans and they don’t have to… It’s going to be a great atmosphere."

The Eagles will need every fan at the stadium yelling and screaming for their team on. This game is not going to be an easy one. We all know how good the 49ers are this year, as they are being picked by a lot of people to win too.

The Eagles and their fans need to come with that dog mentality on Sunday.
