Former Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown is coming out on top from being traded by the Titans last April. With the Philadelphia Eagles defeating the San Francisco 49ers 31-7 on Sunday afternoon, Brown is headed to the Super Bowl in his first season away form Tennessee.

Brown had just four catches for 28 yards in the NFC Championship Game, and quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for only 121 yards, but Philadelphia's defense knocked both San Francisco quarterbacks out of the game, and the rushing attack carried the Eagles past the banged up Niners.

After the game, Brown reflected on the crazy journey he has been on over the past 10 months, and rejoiced in the fact that he was traded from Tennessee to his new team.

"It's crazy. I don't even know what to say. I'm so blessed. I'm so blessed Howie (Roseman) pulled the trigger," Brown told Stacey Dales on the sideline following the game.

The same way Brown is reaping the benefits of being traded to Philadelphia, Eagles GM Howie Roseman is reaping the benefits of having Brown on his roster. Because of their success in the running game, the Eagles have not been forced to lean on Brown or counterpart DeVonta Smith so far in the playoffs, but that will likely change with the Kansas City Chiefs awaiting Philly in the Super Bowl.

To beat the Chiefs, you must be able to go blow-for-blow with Patrick Mahomes and their explosive offense. You need difference makers downfield the same way Kansas City has Travis Kelce. As Titans fans are well aware, Brown is capable of changing a game in a hurry.

Along with Brown, former Titans punter Brett Kern will be headed to the Super Bowl with Philly after being cut by Tennessee at the end of training camp.

Two players that Titans fans know have the ability to shine on the big stage will now be on the biggest stage imaginable. The opportunity of a lifetime that has been a long time coming for both Brown and Kern.
