One of the biggest debates in sports for the last several years is the Michael Jordan vs Lebron James conversation.

I don't think there's a more polarizing topic when it comes to sports. Some folks swear that MJ is the greatest while others are absolutely certain that it's Lebron.

Since there's no way to crown a winner in the debate, it's destined to rage on forever.

On Wednesday, we learned where Tennessee Vols quarterback Hendon Hooker stands on the debate.

He's an MJ guy (though he acknowledged he likes Lebron, too).

"My favorite question has been the LeBron James or Michael Jordan question," said Hooker to TennesseeTitans.com. "Being from North Carolina, I am going to pick Mike every time. But I am still a huge LeBron fan and whatever team he is on I am going to be pulling for that team."

Hooker is from Greensboro, NC — which is about 45 minutes away from Chapel Hill (where Jordan played college basketball at North Carolina) — so it's no surprise that he's an MJ guy.

Michael Jordan is royaly in the state of North Carolina (Jordan's home state), so it's going to be tough to find many Lebron-greater-than-Jordan fans in the Old North State.
