The Philadelphia Eagles are having staff members from like flies. Well, not like they are passing away, but more so the fact they keep leaving the Eagles organization.
It isn't a bad thing though. These guys aren't leaving because they did a bad job or they hated their time in Philly. They are leaving because they are getting better coaching jobs.
Of course former offensive coordinator this last season Shane Steichen is now the head coach of the Colts, and the defensive coordinator this last season Jonathan Gannon is now the head coach of the Cardinals.
But now another coach is leaving.
Linebackers coach Nick Rallis is leaving and heading to Arizona to be Gannon's defensive coordinator. This is a good thing too because it shows how great the Eagles organization is. But, now Philly needs to find another coach to replace him as well.
