Sometimes it feels like the NFL world doesn't talk about Cam Heyward enough. The Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle has been named to either the First-Team All-Pro in four of the previous five years before the 2022 season.

And the 2022 regular season was one of his best at 33 years old. He finished the season with 10.5 sacks, 22 QB hits, and 14 tackles for loss. It feels like he's been doing this forever!

Well, although he won't get to brag about another All-Pro designation following the 2022 season, he'll be representing the Steelers in the Pro Bowl.

The Steelers announced on Tuesday that Heyward will replace Kansas City Chiefs DT Chris Jones in the event.

This will be Heyward's sixth career Pro Bowl, behind only Mean Joe Greene and Ernie Stautner in franchise history among defensive linemen.

Heyward won't be fighting in the trenches now though as the Pro Bowl Games will now feature a flag football game as well as an extended selection of skills competitions.

Even if the modern Pro Bowl isn't the same as before, it's still amazing to see one of the best and most-beloved players on the team receive this type of honor.
