Steelers: Contract details of free agent signing Nate Herbig
The offensive lineman signed a two year deal with Pittsburgh.
The Steelers added solid depth on Tuesday with the addition of offensive lineman Nate Herbig.
Per Doug Kyed of A to Z Sports, we now have official details on the deal including the following terms: Two years, $8M, and $2.92M fully guaranteed via signing bonus.
Herbig's salary breaks down as such:
2023: $1.08M
2024: $4M
Per Over the Cap, Herbig has a $2.54 million dollar cap hit in 2023, allocating only 1.1% of cap space.
Herbig's APY of $4 million ranks him 16th at right guard in average per year.
