For the first time since 2016, the Dallas Cowboys will not have running back Ezekiel Elliott on their roster as they have hitched their wagon to Tony Pollard going forward.

Elliott was released last week. However, it hasn't taken him long to figure out where he'd like to play.

The former first-round pick has narrowed his choices down to the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, and Cincinnati Bengals.

If Elliott were to join the Eagles, he'd be public enemy No. 1 in Dallas considering the intense rivalry they have with the Cowboys. However, he'd be joining arguably the best offensive line in the NFL, a rising star at quarterback in Jalen Hurts, and multiple talented receivers in A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith

The Jets will likely be getting future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers soon which could certainly play a factor in Elliott's choice. They just acquired wide receiver Mecole Hardman to play alongside Allen Lazard and Garrett Wilson who won Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2022 with 1,103 receiving yards so this would an intriguing team for Elliott to join especially when factoring in their elite defense as well.

Cincinnati is loaded offensively with quarterback Joe Burrow and a lethal three-headed attack at wide receiver with Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd. Also, their offensive line is steadily improving, and adding Pro Bowler Orlando Brown Jr. recently made it that much better.

Elliott may not be the runner he once was but he can still contribute in the right situation. So, it'll be interesting to see where he ends up.
