We are just a little more than 36-hours away from the NFL's 2023 schedule release, but, that didn't stop the league from revealing some details on early Wednesday morning.

The NFL sent out its slate of international games and sure enough, the Jacksonville Jaguars are set up for not one, but two international games in 2023.

The Jags' second home is in Europe, as they've now played overseas in every season since 2015 – with the exception of the 2020 season.

However, this is the first time the team -and any other NFL team, for that matter- will play back-to-back games overseas. It's also the first time the Jaguars have played two overseas games in a single season.

This won't be an easy stretch, by any means

Obviously, back-to-back overseas games aren't ideal. Sure, the Jaguars will just hole up in Europe for those two weeks, which will certainly help with the time adjustment come the matchup with the Buffalo Bills. But, still – the Jaguars are going to have to be on their A-game in these contests.

The Bills are still one of the NFL's top teams, even if a bit of the shine was removed after the devastating 27-10 playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. And, the Atlanta Falcons have really shored up their roster during the offseason. Outside of quarterback, of course.

Both games are winnable games, but they won't be easy contests. And I'm not just saying this because it's the NFL and "any given Sunday", yada yada. The Bills and Falcons will provide tough matchups and the Jaguars will lose both games if they take them lightly.

Nevertheless – go ahead and start making travel plans! Hell, two weeks overseas and getting to see your favorite team play sounds like a win-win, regardless of what happens on the field!
