The Colts have a new head coach in former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen. They drafted Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson No. 4 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft. He'll compete with Gardner Minshew and Sam Ehlinger to be the Week 1 starter for the Colts.
New England improved through its coaching ranks, replacing top offensive coaches Matt Patricia and Joe Judge with offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien and offensive line coach Adrian Klemm.
