The Denver Broncos' starting quarterback is starting to decline, and it's showing in more ways than one.

On Friday, EA Sports' Madden 24 released some more of their players' ratings, as they have been doing all week. On Friday, though, they did the top quarterbacks in the league.

To no one's surprise, Patrick Mahomes was No. 1 at a 99 overall. Also, to no one's surprise, the Broncos starting quarterback Russell Wilson didn't make the top 10.

Now, why would he after the year he just had? So, their assessment was right in that aspect. However, seeing the decline this guy has had over the last three years is really crazy when you watch it on the field. It's even crazier when you see it in a video game.

Two years ago, when Madden dropped their 2022 version, Wilson started the game out as a 97 overall, which is very good. He was very good. Last season, he started as an 87, which is still pretty good; however, it is still a ten overall points decrease.

This game, he is starting out as a 77 overall, which is above average, but then again, the Broncos aren't paying him to be above average. That's 20 fewer overall points than what he was two years ago.

While no video game numbers aren't the end-all-be-all, and they really don't mean anything at all, it's still fun to look at. Hopefully, Wilson can raise his throughout the season.
