The Dallas Cowboys are the most talked about and watched team in the NFL largely because they're a part of some of the best rivalries the league has ever seen.

In the NFC East particularly, the Cowboys have had classic battles with all of their foes. But All-Pro wide receiver CeeDee Lamb was asked a specific question recently.

Lamb sat down with Melissa Amrita of Sports Illustrated to answer questions from the fans. One of them was who does he hate more out of the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles, and Lamb didn't hesitate at all.

"Philly, for sure,' Lamb said with a smile. "Philly because their fans are crazy but I mean that's what brings so much excitement to the game."

The fans in Philly can certainly take it to another level.

Unfortunately, they cheered in unison back in 1999 as Hall of Famer Michael Irvin lay on the field in Philadelphia with what ended up being later diagnosed as cervical spinal stenosis after he was driven into the turf at the old Veterans Stadium. 10 years before that during the second of the infamous Bounty Bowl meetings between the two rivals, Eagles fans threw snowballs at Hall of Fame coach Jimmy Johnson and Cowboys players as they left the field.

Dallas and Philly first met in 1960 with the Eagles winning 27-25. Over the last six decades, the Cowboys and Eagles have met 128 times including the playoffs with Dallas holding a 70-54 advantage in the regular season and 3-1 in the postseason.

Lamb never had a huge performance and only scored one touchdown in his first five games against the Eagles. However, against them last December, Lamb hauled in 10 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns in a Cowboys win.

Now that Lamb has let his feelings about the Eagles be known loud and clear, this should make for some interesting battles between the Cowboys and Eagles in 2023.
