The Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos rivalry is one that has a ton of history. The history, though, is exactly that – all in the past. As of late, the Chiefs have dominated the “rivalry” if that’s what you want to call it.

Frank Clark, a former Chiefs defensive end who has dominated the Broncos for the last four years, is now with Denver. So, there is a little extra juice between the two sides now for when they meet up in Weeks 6 and 8.

However, his recent comments on the rivalry not only prove that it isn’t much of one anymore, but that he will always be a Chief.

“I wouldn’t call it a rivalry,” Clark told reporters when asked about the rivalry between the two teams. “A rivalry is competitive.”

He isn’t lying, the only issue is that he isn’t on the Chiefs anymore, and instead is on the opposite side of the argument. When Clark was here, he was a huge part of the supposed “dynasty.”

He said his fair share of trash talk to the Broncos, and I’m sure now we will be hearing it against the Chiefs.
