The Dallas Cowboys had their five starting offensive linemen in full-padded practice on Thursday ahead of their NFC juggernaut showdown versus the San Francisco 49ers.

If that doesn't sound like a big enough development to you, let me put it in perspective: That hasn't happened in the regular season for the Cowboys since 2021.

Could it be? Could it finally be? Could the Cowboys, at last, have their desired offensive line combination after navigating injuries for all of the 2022 season and the first four weeks of the 2023 campaign?

Thursday's practice sure made it seem like they will. Tyron Smith, Tyler Smith, Tyler Biadasz, and Terence Steele were all participants in full pads. In fact, ESPN's Todd Archer reported every member of the Cowboys' 53-man roster but one (TE Peyton Hendershot) suited up for the day.

Is the sighting too good to be true? Maybe. There's a lot that can happen from the time of this writing to when the game versus the San Francisco 49ers finally kicks off on Sunday Night Football.

But the Cowboys have gone through so much in the trenches, offensively speaking, that they really seem to deserve this break ahead of such a pivotal game. The team knows this isn't just any game.
