The Pittsburgh Steelers season ended merely a week ago.
Then came one of the more important press conferences of Mike Tomlin's tenure, where he announced his plans for the future, as well as what will happen at OC.
He and the rest of the organization just put their words into action:
Zac Robinson to Interview for Steelers OC Job
Robinson currently serves as the pass game coordinator and QB coach for the Los Angeles Rams, playing a big role in LA's overachieving season as he helped bring rookie sensation Puka Nacua and Super Bowl Champion QB Matt Stafford together.
Robinson also comes with the luxury and experience of coaching and learning under Rams HC Sean Mcvay, who is universally thought of as one of the best coaches in the league given his resume as the second youngest HC in the NFL.
But Robinson didn't just have a cup of coffee with McVay and now he's a coveted coach.
No no, he has a QB at Oklahoma State who was drafted in the 7th round by the New England Patriots before stints with the Seahawks, Lions and Bengals.
And while Robinson currently works with the QBs, he's not specialized to one position, having coached WRs as well.
So at only 37 years old and looking for a chance to coordinate his own offense, Robinson certainly checks plenty of the Steelers boxes from the outside looking in.
We'll know soon enough if he and the Steelers are a match, and if he can be the one to bring dynamic offense back to Pittsburgh.
