The Las Vegas Raiders could be losing one of their brand-new coaches in the 2024 season before he even coaches a snap for the Silver and Black.
This offseason, Antonio Pierce cleaned house with mostly everyone besides Patrick Graham and the guys he wanted to keep on his defense. One new guy they brought in was Gerald Alexander, who would be their new safeties coach.
Recently, the San Francisco 49ers interviewed Alexander for their defensive coordinator spot earlier Friday.
The 49ers have also interviewed the Kansas City Chiefs defensive backs coach, Dave Merritt. The 49ers are looking for a new defensive coordinator very late than usual.
There is a legit chance the Raiders could lose a coach.
