It couldn't be the NFL offseason without a little drama from legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers, right? And aren't we all sick and tired of it at this point?

For the first time in his career, Aaron Rodgers is a free agent and free to choose his next home in 2025, saying he even wants to play another season before hanging the cleats up.

We all thought that process would be an easy decision. It's Aaron Rodgers' choice and his alone for the first time ever, and it's not like teams don't want the guy. And yet here we are, still waiting on an eventual decision from the 4-time MVP.

As more time passes, more and more people are getting fed up with Rodgers' theatrics and having to lead off national shows talking about this guy. One person in particular has had more than enough and that man is Seth "Freakin" Rollins.

The WWE Superstar and Chicago Bears superfan took a break from his busy wrestling schedule this week to talk some football as the co-host of NFL Network's Good Morning Football live in Los Angeles and wasn't thrilled with opening the show having to discuss Rodgers' future.

"Somebody said Aaron Rodgers? Somebody wants to hear about Aaron Rodgers? You know what, retire already! We're over it. We had enough," Rollins proclaimed at the start of Monday's show. "You had your Hall of Fame career, your time has come, your time has gone. Hang it up, old man."

As a Bears fan, it's easy to see where Rollins, who has an electric personality, is coming from. This guy, like all other Chicago Bears fans, are ready to see Rodgers leave the game after tormenting their franchise for years. Unfortunately, that might not be the case, yet.

Two teams are still in a tight race to land the eventual Hall of Famer in the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Giants, and Rodgers is holding both teams hostage.

Latest on the Aaron Rodgers Situation

Rodgers met with Pittsburgh late last week for SIX HOURS and walked out of the building with no deal. Meanwhile, the Giants went out to sign Jameis Winston for cheap just to have someone in the building and the Minnesota Vikings already basically told Rodgers no.

"He's sort of earned the right to take his time and to do what he wants, to visit with the Steelers, to talk to the Giants, and entertain the Vikings," Rollins added about Rodgers. "At the end of the day, he's earned it. He's earned the right to do whatever he wants and whatever capacity he wants…

"He definitely loves it, come on. You know this guy loves it, even when he pretends like he doesn't, he loves it. He loves the spotlight, he loves everything about it. He's as good of a heel as there ever was."

In a way, Rodgers even reminds Rollins of his biggest adversary in the WWE in Roman Reigns. Reigns and Rollins shared the spotlight for years in the WWE and it was Reigns who will go down as one of the best to ever do it.

Since losing the WWE Championship last April to Cody Rhodes, Reigns has taken his time to reappear periodically and always does so at the best possible moment, like attacking Rollins two weeks back on Monday Night RAW.

Rodgers is the same way. He's waiting on the perfect opportunity to strike and make his decision, like all the best bad guys in sports and entertainment always do. And he's becoming one of the best at doing so.

In the meantime, the entire world is going to continue bringing this guy up everyday until the moment finally happens that he makes his decision. Which could take a while, or could be resolved as soon as today. Who knows? But I'm certain there's a lot of people out there who feel the same way Rollins does.
