The Cleveland Browns are set to travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens in Week 2, after falling at home by one point to the Cincinnati Bengals in the opener. Cleveland will be facing a strong Ravens team that is coming off a tough loss of its own, blowing a double-digit lead to the Buffalo Bills in the final quarter. There’s no doubt Baltimore will be fired up for its home opener, which also marks the celebration of the franchise’s 30th year since moving to the city.

Cleveland had just one player not practicing during the open media viewing window: DT Mike Hall Jr., who only recently returned to practice after offseason knee surgery. The big storyline for the Browns, however, is rookie RB Quinshon Judkins. After signing his contract last weekend, Judkins has practiced the past two days. Following a lackluster showing from the run game in Week 1, his return would be a welcome boost.

Cleveland’s injury report shows they could get Quinshon Judkins back against Baltimore

The Browns are leaving the door open for Judkins to make his debut, officially listing him as questionable along with RT Jack Conklin. Conklin exited after just 20 snaps against Cincinnati when he was poked in the eye and did not return. Meanwhile, Hall has been ruled out, with his 2025 debut now likely coming next week against the Green Bay Packers.

Whether Judkins plays will come down to the coaching staff’s confidence in his readiness—both mentally and in terms of understanding the offense. If he’s in good shape, which appears to be the case, he could see limited snaps on Sunday as the Browns look to ease him in after missing all of training camp.

If Judkins can’t go, Cleveland will lean on fellow rookie Dylan Sampson as the primary back, with Jerome Ford and Rocket Sanders rotating in behind him. Sampson led the team with 29 rushing yards in Week 1, though the Browns will need more production from their lead rusher moving forward. He did make a significant impact in the passing game, hauling in eight catches for over 60 yards.

Cleveland will once again be without Hall, but aside from the two questionable players, the roster is about as healthy as it can be. Another AFC North matchup awaits, and this one will be even tougher than last week.
