The Miami Dolphins’ last gasp shot at salvaging any chance of a playoff run went up in smoke late against the Los Angeles Chargers last Sunday, dropping Miami to 1-5. Now, the Dolphins will be looking to simply avoid total disaster on Sunday against a fellow one-win opponent in the Cleveland Browns in Northeast Ohio.

Per 506 Sports, the Dolphins vs. Browns game will have one of the smallest markets of any game on Sunday. The game will be in the CBS early window with Spero Dedes and Adam Archuleta on the call.

The game will be available on local TV throughout most of the state of Ohio, as well as slivers of Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Dolphins fans in Fort Myers and Orlando will be in luck, as well as those up the Atlantic Coast up until Jacksonville.

Dolphins have to avoid the ultimate indignity on Sunday

Tua Tagovailoa drew a lot of attention last Sunday when he made some ill-advised public comments about players not showing up or showing up late to players-only meetings. Now, that culture – or potentially lack thereof – will be tested with the team at 1-5 and facing a rookie quarterback in Dillon Gabriel and Browns team that might actually be more dysfunctional that the Dolphins.

Unable to get up and play at a high level and ultimately lose? It’s hard to see Mike McDaniel and potentially Chris Grier coming back from that one. And if Miami really is having internal issues like Tua’s comments seem to indicate, a loss to a bad Browns team with a struggling rookie QB will only serve to drive those doubts and issues even further.

Kickoff is set for 1 pm ET on Sunday at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.
