Sadly, the Detroit Lions’ final game of the season isn’t for anything. It could have been, but the Lions massively fell off a cliff in the last few weeks and are on a three-game losing streak. They have a chance to get out of this season with a win in Week 18 when they take on NFC North foes and the division champion Chicago Bears. We now know what day and time that game will go down.

The Lions will play the Bears on Sunday at 4:25 P.M. on Fox

There you go. If you’re tired of all the night games, and you’re just looking forward to getting this thing over, this announcement is for you. Although 1:00 would have been nicer. Had the Lions won against the Vikings on Christmas Day, they actually would have been playing this game potentially for the seventh seed in the NFC because the Packers lost to the Ravens. Had the Lions won their game against the Steelers and the Vikings, they would have been playing this game for the NFC North because the Packers lost that game, and the Bears lost to the 49ers. It was all right there, and the Lions blew it. Anyways, see you on Sunday at 4:25.
