Alabama will add some serious speed if they pull off this addition.

The Alabama Crimson Tide will have a different-looking wide receiver corps in 2025. The headliners of course will be returning pass catchers Lotzeir Brooks and Ryan Williams. Isaiah Horton may stay, but we know Germie Bernard is leaving for the NFL Draft, and even with Rico Scott deciding to stay put, Alabama doesn’t have a lot of bodies in that pass-catching unit.

Which is why sources have told A to Z Sports that Alabama is looking to be aggressive in the portal when it comes to the WR position. So far, the Tide has been quiet in that department, but things are about to heat up.

Alabama is interested in former Ohio State WR Mylan Graham

Graham was unable to find his footing in Columbus, but when future first-round picks headline every season, you have to be capital E, elite, to crack into the Buckeyes’ rotation. At the very least, Graham would provide a vertical threat and terrific depth for the Crimson Tide. For more on Graham, I spoke with Brandon Little of A to Z Sports Ohio State.

“Many hoped that Graham could step up and be a contributor for the Buckeyes as a sophomore in 2025, but that just never happened. The former five-star recruit caught just six passes for 93 yards in nine games played. By the end of the season, Graham was the fifth option in the room at best behind Jeremiah Smith, Carnell Tate, Brandon Inniss, and David Adolph.”

“Graham showed back in the spring game last year that he can be a real burner when he gets the ball in his hands. Ryan Day has been open in the past about all of the talent being there — and that it’s just about being more consistent. If the former Buckeye can pull it all together he’s going to be a really nice player. Transferring from Ohio State makes sense for Graham looking for a clearer role in 2026, as he was still going to be fighting for playing time in Columbus.” – Little
