Tennessee Vols wide receiver Chris Brazzell could’ve returned to Rocky Top for his final season of eligibility.

Instead, Brazzell is choosing to capitalize on his huge 2025 season — 62 receptions for 1,017 yards and nine touchdowns — by entering the 2026 NFL Draft.

Brazzell, 6-foot-5/200 pounds from Midland, TX, started his career at Tulane before transferring to Tennessee ahead of the 2024 season.

ESPN has Chris Brazzell getting selected in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft

ESPN’s Mel Kiper revealed his latest 2026 NFL mock draft on Wednesday and he has the Buffalo Bills selecting Brazzell in the first round (No. 26 overall).

“Picking in this range makes it difficult to find impact wideouts, and Brazzell would be the sixth off the board,” wrote Kiper. “But he also has the skill set to be a standout in the pros. His 6-foot-5 frame, long arms, sure hands and great concentration make him a big-time target in the end zone and on contested balls. I also see the explosiveness to get out of his breaks and separate. Brazzell tallied 1,017 yards and nine touchdowns this past season.”

Landing with Buffalo, which has an elite quarterback in Josh Allen, would be a dream scenario for Brazzell. The Bills will have a new head coach in 2026, but the franchise has a Super Bowl caliber roster. Brazzell, who has the skill set to be a dominant pro, could help Buffalo finally get over the hump.
