The Los Angeles Rams have built one of the best rosters in the NFL, both via the draft and trade market. One thing they have consistently done well under general manager Les Snead is reward and extend homegrown talent with terrific contracts.

Several of those contracts have bonuses that trigger today on Friday the 13th (the third day of the league year), including some handsome rewards for running back Kyren Williams, guard Kevin Dotson, and safety/nickel Quentin Lake.

Rams standouts earn hefty bonus

On Friday, Kyren Williams will earn a nice bonus on his contract to help offset the Friday the 13th scaries. The remaining $2.75 million of his 2026 salary will become guaranteed, fully guaranteeing his entire $5.5 million salary for this upcoming season. Additionally, his roster bonus is due, earning him an additional $5.5 million. No matter what, Williams will come out of this season $11 million richer. A well-deserved payday.

Not to be outdone, another key offensive cog on the Rams also earns a nice payday today. Guard Kevin Dotson doesn’t have any guaranteed salary for the 2026 season, but his $8 million roster bonus is due on Friday as well. We’ll see if the Rams open up extension talks (they should, in my opinion) to help reduce Dotson’s cap hit this year and reward him for his elite level of play, but regardless, Dotson gets a nice bonus for his wallet.

Perhaps the most lucrative day of all, however, goes to standout defensive back Quentin Lake. Lake signed his extension in January, and will earn his first significant payday for it. On Friday, $3.5M of Lake’s 2026 salary becomes guaranteed, and his entire $12 million salary for 2027 and game bonuses for the 2026 and 2027 seasons become guaranteed as well. All told, Lake will walk away with at least $15.5 million on Friday.

Not a bad day at the office.
