The Cleveland Browns made the big decision to trade EDGE Myles Garrett just a couple of days ago and it was a shock to most.

It always felt like there was a chance that Cleveland could move the superstar pass rusher and they decided to pull the trigger. The Browns may be worse off in the short term, but the hope is they’re better off in the future because of it.

Cleveland moving Garrett is good news for the rest of the AFC North, and that noise is already out there.

Steelers’ Cam Heyward takes a shot at the Browns when talking about

Cameron Heyward has long been a standout for the Steelers and a pain for the Browns to deal with. After the Garrett trade, Heyward confirmed the Steelers are a fan of it, and he took a shot at the Browns in the process.

“I think Aaron’s definitely happy to not have that guy in our division,” Heyward stated. “I could care less. I like competing against talent. I don’t think anyone wants to be in Cleveland.”

The line where Heyward says no one wants to be in Cleveland is the shot, and it’s an expected one. Pittsburgh hates the Browns and vice versa. Since 2011, Heyward has 60 tackles and 13.5 sacks against the Browns. He’s certainly backed up his talk.

Garrett has had 47 tackles, 13 sacks, and four forced fumbles against the Steelers. Pittsburgh will be glad to see the terror the former Browns star caused over the years no longer around.

Cleveland traded Garrett because they’ve failed to build a winner around him and he no longer fits their timeline. It’s really as simple as that.

As far as Heyward’s comments go, he’s always taken shots at the Browns in his career as a pro. His time with the Steelers has understandably made him hate Cleveland; not even a strong college career at Ohio State gets in the way.
