The Tennessee Titans are in the middle of a referendum on where this franchise stands, and the verdict from just about every corner has been brutal. The prevailing conversation is that this is the worst it has ever been for the Titans since they moved to Nashville. The stats back that up. So do people who have followed this team since it arrived in town, and so do countless fans who have shared how frustrated they are.

That conversation has naturally zoomed out to the organization as a whole. Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk and president and CEO Burke Nihill are squarely in the spotlight, especially after last week’s firing of three executives in dramatic and embarrassing fashion. Any honest look at where Tennessee stands also has to include general manager Mike Borgonzi and coach Robert Saleh. So let’s gather responses to let the Titans hear the voice of the fans.

Why I launched a Titans fan survey

I wanted to give fans a way to weigh in that goes beyond replies and comment sections. So I launched this quick and easy fan survey, and I’m hoping to get as many responses as possible this week so we can all get a better grasp on how you, the fans, feel about this team.

We already know what those of us in the media think about this team. I’ve heard from a lot of fans directly, too. But I’d love to get specific answers, and this poll lets us do that.

The survey has four sections with just 24 questions, all of them multiple choice. There’s an opportunity to include as much additional commentary at the end as you’d like, though that part is optional. All you really have to do is answer the 24 questions, which should take five minutes or less.

Several questions circle back to the hot-button issues dominating the conversation around Tennessee. Here’s what the survey asks about:

• Your feelings toward Amy Adams Strunk and what you want from her
• Your feelings toward Burke Nihill and what you want from him
• How much you blame Borgonzi and Saleh for where the Titans are right now
• How bad you think things are for the franchise
• How willing you are to keep investing your time and money in this team

Those are the questions at the heart of everything being said about the Titans this week. Until now, though, there hasn’t been a clear way to put numbers behind the answers.

How you can help Titans fans be heard

This is your chance to sound off in a way that will be documented and heard by fellow fans, by the media, and hopefully by the Titans themselves once the data is in. This isn’t a project for just me; the results will be made 100% publicly available.

My hope is that the final product becomes a state of the Titans community report that we can collectively send to the organization. That way, the fans (the people this franchise ultimately answers to) have a voice that can’t be brushed aside as a handful of angry tweets.

For that to work, I need two things from you. First, please send in your submission ASAP!

Second, please share it with as many people as you can. Send it to every Titans fan you know. Post it on X, share it on your Instagram, and drop it in your group texts. Whatever you can do to spread it will be for the betterment of everybody in Titans world. The more responses we get, the harder it becomes for anyone inside the building to ignore what Tennessee’s fan base is saying.
