Experience

Kyle began his career as an NFL Draft analyst in 2013, founding NDT Scouting, a service that provided scouting reports and consultations for agencies. In 2018, Kyle became an original co-founding member of The Draft Network, where he served as Director of Scouting from 2019 through the spring of 2023. Kyle led a team of scouts while coordinating both college & pro scouting programs. During this period, Kyle also contributed as an analyst for outlets such as USA Today and Athlon Sports. He is a prominent figure in TEGNA Media’s Locked On Podcast Network, hosting the Locked On Dolphins podcast and co-hosting the Locked On NFL Scouting podcast. He most recently served as The 33rd Team’s NFL Draft lead, merging college scouting evaluations with a refined understanding of the NFL.
