Following a commanding victory against Texas to claim the No. 1 spot in the nation, Ohio State is gearing up for its next challenge. The Buckeyes will host Grambling State, a storied FCS program, this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in the iconic Ohio Stadium.

While Grambling State may not be a household name in college football, the electric atmosphere of a game day in the Horseshoe is enough to spark excitement for Ohio State’s second outing of the season. Beyond the spectacle, this matchup offers a prime opportunity to spotlight emerging talent, particularly younger players vying for a bigger role on the depth chart.

This game marks only the second time Ohio State has faced an HBCU program. Their previous encounter was a 76-0 rout of Florida A&M in 2013.
