Josh Heupel said something after Vols' win over Kentucky that all recruits need to hear

One of the most impressive things about Josh Heupel and his quick turnaround of the Tennessee Vols is that he never takes credit for what's happening on the field.
Instead, Heupel always puts the credit back on the players.
That was the case on Saturday night after Tennessee's 44-6 thrashing of the Kentucky Wildcats.
A reporter asked Heupel about the incredible hot streak that wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is currently experiencing (9 touchdowns in his last three games) and whether or not it's because of Tennessee's scheme.
Heupel acknowledged that UT is trying to scheme Hyatt open, before making sure to let reporters know that it all comes down to Hyatt making plays.
“Well, scheme, yeah there is something to putting him in position [to make plays]," said Heupel. "It’s him going and making plays. It’s Hendon. It’s our offensive line protecting. At the end of the day, man, it’s players, not coaches. Jalin has done a great job, but it takes all of those guys to do a great job, for him to have the night that he has. He is playing at a really high level. It’s his understanding of the game. Playing with fundamentals and technique. It’s special the run that he’s had the last four or five weeks in particular.”
If you're a recruit, how could you not want to play for Heupel?
One of the main questions that Hyatt will face during the predraft process is whether or not he can excel in a traditional pro-style offense.
Heupel is getting ahead of that question by letting folks know that Hyatt is the one making plays and getting open.
There's no ego with Heupel. He's as competitive as any coach in college football, but he doesn't want the credit. Heupel is making sure that goes to the players.
