The Tennessee Vols are set to host the Missouri Tigers this weekend in Neyland Stadium.

Tennessee is looking to get back on track after their 27-13 loss to the Georgia Bulldogs this past weekend.

The Vols' matchup against Missouri is slated for a noon start. Typically, noon crowds aren't quite as rowdy as nighttime crowds.

But this Tennessee team is still competing for a national championship. And the game against the Tigers is extremely important. A loss would sink UT's title hopes. Even a close game could be bad for Tennessee in the eyes of the College Football Playoff committee.

That's why I think we'll see a lively crowd at Neyland on Saturday despite the early start.

Missouri quarterback Brady Cook, however, isn't too concerned either way.

Cook told reporters this week that he feels like Mizzou is "battle tested" and will handle the crowd at Neyland "just fine".

"We're battle-tested," said Cook. "We've experienced a lot of environments. South Carolina was one of the loudest I think this offense has been in. We're battle-tested. I think we'll handle it just fine."

Sounds like a challenge for Tennessee fans.

A week ago, the loudness of Georgia fans at Sanford Stadium was questioned by several former Vols. Bulldogs fans responded by delivering a great environment in Athens that impacted Tennessee's ability to run its offense.

Maybe Vols fans will see Cook's comments as a similar challenge. Noon crowds aren't usually as electric as later kickoff times, but Tennessee fans could challenge that idea this weekend.

If Neyland is loud and electric, it could make for a long day for Missouri's offense.
