There was plenty to talk about on the Big Orange Podcast this week.
And Charlie Burris and I covered it all.
The biggest story of the week was the Tennessee Vols’ game against Memphis on Saturday getting canceled due to COVID-19 issues within the Tigers’ program. We discuss the craziness of how the cancellation went down, how Penny Hardaway could be in big trouble and why the cancellation makes the UT/Memphis rivalry even better.
We also talked about the Vols’ impressive early signing day haul and how Josh Heupel quieted one of the biggest doubts that folks have about him as a head coach.
And last but certainly not least, we revealed a BIG announcement about our A to Z Sports’ Music City Bowl gameday coverage. It’s an announcement that you definitely don’t want to miss (especially if you’re a fan of great breakfast food!).
