Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan appeared on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Tuesday and he shared a tremendous story about head coach Mike Vrabel that ends with Lewan being punched multiple times by Vrabel.

His words, not mine.

Lewan told McAfee that sometimes things can get a little out of hand in the Titans locker room after a big win.

"Vrabel comes in, wants to be a calm, cool, collected guy and win with grace lose with grace type of attitude," said Lewan. "But when you win a big one or two, you have to give him a little shove. That’s all it takes.”

“You give him a little shove, I’ve been punched in the face by Vrabel, by accident I’m assuming, about a dozen times since he’s been my coach," added Lewan. "Every single one is welcome.”

One of the reasons Lewan and Tennessee's other players love playing for Vrabel so much is because he's a former player who hasn't been out of the game that long. And in Lewan's words, he's a "meathead" who happens to be really smart.

Lewan couldn't say enough great things about Vrabel during his appearance on McAfee's show on Tuesday — despite the fact that Vrabel has accidentally punched Lewan a dozen times since he's been the Titans' head coach.
